COVID19

We're still open and running for you! To be more specific, we haven't been down at all! 

Even during the peak of the COVID19 outbreak in the Netherlands (Maine office and warehouse location), we never stopped working. To make sure that all of our customers would still be able to order cat trees and spare parts during these difficult times.

 

We take this very seriously, and would like to tell all of our beloved customers that we are still open. Our showroom in the Netherlands has been re-opend since the first of June. 

 

The only thing that can happen, is that there will be a delay in the delivery. Normally we are able to deliver within 3-5 working days. Because of all the restrictions, this can take 1 or 2 days longer (ONLY WORST CASE, we're still able to deliver on time). When you place your order with us, the address that you give us needs to be one where someone is available. So, preferably not a working address (unless there is no other option).
